Chelsea will take a full health history in order to fully understand your health goals + nutrition concerns. Together you will map out your current lifestyle, food preferences, schedule + all of the information she needs to create a customized nutrition plan for you.

Session #2 | Protocol Deliveray

Chelsea will present your persionalized plan. She also provides the necessary tools, product suggestions, recipes and support in order to find an execution strategy that feels best for you. You will leave feeling confident, empowered and excited about your new journey!

Follow-up Sessions

Can be used for an in-office appointment, grocery shop tour or in-home cooking session
